ODA market alert: Russia is considering raising again wheat export tariffs.

A Russian 🇷🇺 official stated today that Russia could raise their export tax from the current €25 per t to €50 euros per tonne, from February 15 through June 30. This would further impact their export capacity, as farmers will certainly want to hold on their stocks. We had already cut Russian exports from 40 to 35MT. This number could be reviewed lower. Bullish world prices as this would leave only 1MT export capacity per month for Russia (vs 4MT per month during the Jul/Dec period!!).
