Sebastien Mallet

Analyst/Consultant and CEO

Sebastien is CEO of ODA. Before dedicating his ag market experience to farmers, Sebastien worked as a trader for Cargill, Louis Dreyfus in both Europe and Argentina. In addition he managed logistics, sales and risk for large scale agroholdings in both Ukraine and Argentina. For the last 8 years he has worked for farmers to raise their market knowledge and sales strategies to lower their risk and improve their revenues.

Gary Phillips


Gary is Country Manager of ODA. His experience has embraced many different aspects of Agriculture, including the arable business of RHM Agriculture as well as senior technical, commercial and managerial roles within Bayer. During the last 10 years he has been working for ODA and with farmers to raise their market knowledge, manage risk and guide sales strategies.                                                                                                              

Jeremy Higgs


Jeremy is an experienced consultant and farm manager (UK and overseas), with a background of leading teams in a multitude of roles. He joined ODA in 2015 to support UK farm businesses with price risk management and grain marketing advice. Working with farmers, ODA group members and consultancy clients in England, Scotland & Wales, Jeremy also has responsibilities for on-boarding new members.

Rebecca Mc Kenzie


Rebecca has been working with ODA as their support in administration and finance since 2011. Rebecca manages all aspects of the client invoicing and payment processes. She is a Fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and is currently studying for her accountancy qualification as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

David Neale


David has a lifetime experience in the UK industry, particularly in the seed and end market sectors. He is a consultant living on farm in the Cotswolds. With so much volatility in markets, it is vital for growers to have independent and informed market advice. David understands what a robust marketing strategy is to minimise price risks.
